Anyone remember the old James Garner movie TANK? It was one of those if you blink you missed it comedies from the early 1980's. (It wasn't that funny of a film BTW)

I heard this report on the radio so I have no link to provide for you but from what the report said it looks like Russia may wish to rethink its policy of having a draft. Apparently, a few soldiers who were manning a tank decided to get blitzed on vodka and then leave their post. After all, it wasn't like the tank was going to go anywhere. Or so they thought….

The tank ended up moving all by itself and crashing through the wall of some poor guy's house. Thankfully, no one was hurt and the Russian government has promised to pay back the homeowner all the damages he incurred from the accident. The soldiers are probably in the doghouse BIG TIME.

 Vodka is a harsh mistress, folks.
