I have to research this one a little more but it would seem that the alliance with Poland and the USA will expand beyond their missile shield. The USA seems intent on helping Poland significantly modernize its military. If Russia was unhappy before this is sure to make things a little more tense.

On a side note that I will have a little more about later in the week as well China has increased its nuclear arsenal by about a third. Its missile capability is significantly lower than the United States and Russia. India is working on new nuclear missiles and is developing new nuclear submarines. Clearly they want a deterrent to China but probably Pakistan as well
