It appears Sec's Gates and Rice are heading to Moscow to discuss Russia's concerns over NATO's encroachment as well as the plans to deploy a missile shield in Poland. This has been a concern of Russia's for quite some time but when you consider the fact that Russia has been propping up the Iranian regime it doesn't seem like the US would really bend over backwards for Russia. But, what does it hurt to talk to a nation that is still considered an alley?
