Here is a short and interesting item that has come out of Moscow. It would seem that
there are attempts in Russia
to realign the old oil deals that the country had with Iraq prior to
the outbreak of the US-Iraq War. (Russia,
France and other countries
lost their oil deals when Hussein's government collapsed after the US victory in Iraq) You can read more about it
here in the Moscow Times. On a side note, weren't a multitude of the oil deals Iraq had with a
number of these countries that were in violation of the UN sanctions?
